How to log in to cPanel

cPanel is your hosting control panel — it's where you manage files, email, databases and more. There are two easy ways in.

From your client area (easiest)

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Open Services → My Services and click your hosting package.
  3. Click Login to cPanel — you're signed in automatically, no extra password needed.

Directly

You can also go straight to yourdomain.co.za/cpanel and sign in with the cPanel username and password from your welcome email.

Trouble logging in?

Make sure you're using your cPanel password (not your client-area password — they can differ). You can reset it from the client area, or open a ticket and we'll help.
