How to access your email with Webmail

Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser — no setup needed. It's the quickest way to check a BPHOST mailbox.

Logging in to Webmail

  1. Go to yourdomain.co.za/webmail (use your own domain).
  2. Enter your full email address (for example you@yourdomain.co.za) and your mailbox password.
  3. Click Log in.

Choosing a webmail app

You'll see Roundcube — a clean, modern webmail client. Open it to read, reply and organise your mail, and set it as the default to skip this screen next time.

Can't log in?

Check you're using your full email address and the correct password. You can reset the mailbox password in cPanel under Email Accounts, or open a support ticket.
