How to renew a service

Renewing keeps your hosting and domains active. Most services renew automatically, but you can renew early too.

How renewals work

Before a service is due, BPHOST emails you an invoice. Pay it before the due date and your service continues without interruption.

Renew manually

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Go to Billing → My Invoices and pay any due renewal invoice, or open Services/Domains to see upcoming renewals.

Avoid losing a service

If an invoice goes unpaid past its due date, services can be suspended and domains can expire. If you'll be away, pay early or get in touch. Need help? Open a ticket.
