How to log in to your client area and cPanel

There are two places you'll log in to manage your BPHOST services: your client area (for billing, domains and support) and cPanel (for your website, email and files). Here's how to reach both.

Logging in to your client area

  1. Go to bphost.co.za/my.
  2. Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.
  3. Click Login. You'll land on your dashboard, where you can see your services, invoices, domains and tickets.

Forgotten your password? Click Forgot Password? on the login page and we'll email you a reset link.

Logging in to cPanel

The easiest way is straight from your client area:

  1. Log in to your client area (above).
  2. Open Services → My Services and click your hosting package.
  3. Click the Login to cPanel button — you'll be signed in automatically, with no separate password needed.

You can also reach cPanel directly at yourdomain/cpanel using the cPanel username and password from your welcome email.

Keep your details safe

Your welcome email holds your cPanel login and server details. Store it somewhere secure, and never share your password — BPHOST staff will never ask for it.
