How to create an email account
You can create as many email addresses as your plan allows (like you@yourdomain.co.za) straight from cPanel.
Create the account
- Log in to cPanel and, under Email, click Email Accounts.
- Click + Create.
- Enter the part before the @ (for example info) and choose your domain.
- Set a strong password, choose a mailbox storage limit (or Unlimited), and click Create.
Using your new mailbox
Your email is ready straight away. Read it through Webmail in your browser, or set it up in an app like Outlook or your phone's Mail app — see our other email guides.
Tip
Use a strong, unique password for every mailbox. To change it later, return to Email Accounts, click Manage next to the address, and update the password there.
