How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

As your site grows (or your needs change), you can move to a different BPHOST plan without losing any data.

Request a plan change

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Go to Services → My Services and open the service you want to change.
  3. Choose the Upgrade/Downgrade option in the Actions menu.
  4. Pick your new plan and confirm — you'll only pay the prorated difference.

What happens to my site?

Upgrades on the same server are usually instant with no downtime — your files, email and databases stay exactly where they are. If a move between servers is needed, we'll handle the migration for you.
