2How to reach us#

We do not publish email addresses on this website: they are harvested and spammed within days. Every route below reaches a person.

3Content on customer websites#

Most websites and mailboxes on our servers belong to our customers. They publish their own content and are responsible for it under our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; BPHOST does not monitor, edit or endorse it.

If you believe content hosted with us is unlawful or infringes your rights, send a take-down notice through the abuse report form. Include who you are, the exact web address of the material, the right you say is infringed, and a statement that you are acting in good faith. We act on complete notices without delay, as ECTA expects of a hosting provider, and we tell the customer concerned.

4Services, prices and orders#

Services, prices and specifications shown on these websites are an invitation to order, not an offer. The order form and your invoice are what apply to your purchase. Prices on bphost.co.za are in South African Rand; our Terms of Service set out how VAT, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations and refunds work, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected by anything here.

Payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections; we do not store full card numbers.

5Content of this website#

The text, design and graphics of these websites belong to BPHOST unless stated otherwise. You may link to our pages and quote them with attribution; please do not copy them wholesale. BPHOST, Core Host Panel and CHPanel are names used by BPHOST for its business and products. Other product names and logos mentioned on these pages belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
